During my tenure at Ascent, I cannot help but reflect and appreciate how much the company has grown and evolved. Rather than just service our clients, we aim to empower them and to help them achieve optimal operational efficiency. To help them achieve this, it’s essential to fully understand a critical facility and its unique business and technical needs. When it comes to critical environments, one solution never fits all. Only by having a thorough knowledge of a facility can we adequately set performance standards, document procedures, and capture operational equipment data – and create truly customized solutions that provide our clients with the highest levels of autonomy and control.
Of course, the ideal data collection combines both machine- and personnel-gathered data. The Ascent Navigator Platform was developed over time to provide just that, after we identified the need for our clients to have real-time, critical facility-specific data at their fingertips. This comprehensive platform allows us to provide our clients with key insights into maintenance activities, equipment performance, asset health and service costs. The result is a powerful tool that enables us to further support critical infrastructure and facilities and enables our clients to better manage their assets.
